George N. Condyles, IV: President, COO, Founder
As President and Chief Operating Officer of The Atlantic Group, George directs all communications consulting for Public Safety and Homeland Security projects for local, state, and federal agencies.

George brings an extensive background in wire line and wireless communications to this leadership role. Over the past 30 years, he has gained extensive experience in positions he has held in the private, commercial, and military sectors. This experience incorporates the planning, engineering, and deployment of telephony based advanced voice and data networks, wireless land mobile radio, satellite, fixed data networks, VHF, UHF, 800 MHz, and 6.4 GHz systems.

In 1990 George founded The Atlantic Group, which consists of four subsidiary companies that provide various communications consulting and construction services for local, state, and federal clients to include planning, public safety radio engineering, E-911 system implementation project management, GIS mapping, RF propagation analysis, and spectrum analysis among other services.

In addition to his professional life, George serves in various capacities in his church and community. He is an active member of Broadus Memorial Baptist Church in Mechanicsville, Virginia. He teaches group Bible Studies and ministers to elderly shut-ins. In addition, he has been active in the Boys Scouts of America, Girls Scouts of America, youth soccer, Little League, and Junior ROTC. George is the proud father of two daughters, Laura and Allison. He has been married to his wife Harriet for over 25 years. He and the family travel extensively on vacation.
